Had a very bad experience with them in the beginning of February. I booked a private guide with the intention to go steep skiing. The communication beforehand was a bit lacky, including a completely unnecessary packing list. Weather conditions were a bit unfortunate that day, which is of course outside their influence, but being honest in the communication instead of selling unfeasible plans 2 days ahead is what I expect of a good guiding bureau. But if this was all, I would have been fine. However the guide guiding me was not local nor familiar with the current conditions in the area and brought us into a predicamental situation twice. In the end I came home unsatisfied with severely impaired material. Sadly, it doesn’t end here. As everyone knows missers happen and I contacted them about what happened. This was however not taken seriously and I was brushed off.All in all I would definitely not recommend this guiding agency, it’s a waste of money and your time.
