Vraiment scandaleux !Après avoir observer les horaires sur internet et ayant vu que le magasin ferme à 18h.Nous somme venus à 17h. A 17h15 alors que nous attendions sur un vendeur depuis notre arriver, mais qu’aucun n’est venu nous apporter attention, un des collaborateurs est juste venu nous dire qu’il fallais qu’on se dirige à la caisse car il allais fermer, là où nous lui avons répondu que nous attendions d’abord sur eux. Un service bâcler pour le coup, a 17:25 les lumières qui s’éteignent alors que nous sommes encore à la caisse, dés collaborateur qui partent déjà, je trouve juste scandaleux, car si nous étions pas venu très en avances nous aurions pas pu acheter le nécessaire pour nos animaux ! Car quand le magasin est sensé fermer à 18:00 c’est pas d’envoyer chiez les clients juste car on veux finir plus tôt pour fermer à 17:30

J'ai pas aimé et je me suis senti très mal à l'aise de voir le responsable recadrer son équipe devant les clients, je suis donc reparti sans acheter ce pourquoi je suis venu.

brief version:cashier was a young woman with a huge attitude and no inkling of appropriate customer service. Horrible experience. What was the woman‘s name? Roxanne? Just check your records for July 31 at 11.45 am.=========long version (yawn)I always enjoy letting others know of excellent experiences I have had with various stores and restaurants. Once in a while, sadly, I do have a very bad experience and as much as I try to forget about such incidents, I would like to prevent other customers from having these experiences. Luckily such negative experiences are rare.The event in question took place on Monday, July 31 around 11.45 a.m. at the cash register at the Qualipet store in Romanel-sur-Lausanne. The young woman at the register had an attitude that should never be found in a customer service position. In one hand I held the leash of my 25 kg doodle who was very excited about the smell of treats around the register. My arms were full of bags of Harmony dog food and treats. Had I been in the young woman's position, I would have immediately proffered a shopping cart or at least taken the heaviest bag out of the customer's arms.When I asked her to please let me know the prices of various products I was chided that all prices were clearly marked and that she did not have time to provide me with the requested information as customers were waiting (there were two customers behind me). I had ten cans of identical price, four bags of identical price and one large bag. Providing a customer with three prices is not an undue burden. I explained that I was not able to see fine print without my reading glasses and that I did not have my glasses at hand. My hands were full of products and a stimulated dog and I was not going to fish for the reading glasses in my bag. Then the young woman scolded me and told me 'not to look at her like that'. I suppose she has never been the recipient of an annoyed look. I proceeded to calmly explain to her that I had the right to look at her anyway I might wish. Maybe her mother has never been annoyed at her?When she complained that other customers were waiting, I asked her to help me by transferring my paid items into an empty shopping basket that was sitting on the counter to make transporting the dog food easier for me. This way my purchased goods would not clutter the counter and she could proceed to help the next customer in question. She again told me off and informed me that the basket belonged to Qualipet and could not be used for this function. At this point I decided it WAS time to fish for my glasses to read the name of this impertinent young woman. She complained that I had had glasses all along that I could have used to read the prices. Her name was Roxanne. I asked for the manager.Roxanne yelled for 'Lois' (not sure about the spelling). In all sense of the word Lois was the opposite of this rude young cashier. Lois was polite, courteous, of his own accord put my purchased items in the shopping basket (something Roxanne had refused to do) and apologized for the young woman's behaviour. Lois was in no way responsible for Roxanne's horrid behaviour and I told him he was at no fault and thanked him for his help.I have no desire to spend more money in a store where customers are treated so rudely. I expect an apology from this haughty young person.If I were an owner of Qualipet I would not have hired a person with such a poor attitude. If one of my staff displayed such poor behaviour I would have fired her on the spot or, at the very least, transferred her to a position with no customer interaction.on the receipt it states 'servi par JESR' or perhaps it was 'DESR'.

Lieu bien agencé mais une partie du personnel détestable (aquariophile, NAC) et peu compétents, ils étaient trois et visiblement je les dérangeais dans leurs appartés même di j’ai attendu un bon moment!Par contre une collaboratrice très avenante au rayon pour les chiens
