I had a great experience with Dr. Shafaeddin at Aesthetics Clinic for dermatology services. She saw both my son and I on different occasions. She was so great with my two-year old who was a little scared and shy and made him feel comfortable. For me, she was great - very efficient with time and successful services. I would recommend Dr. Shafaeddin in high regards.

The doctor and the staff are very well informed and knowledgeable about all the latest methods and all the optimal ways to perform surgical and non surgical treatments. It was the first time I visited a clinic and felt so much at home. Everyone was very warm with me and made me feel amazing and supported. They answered all my questions before during and after my treatments. Awesome experience, highly recommended.I think this is one of the top clinics worldwide.

I've tried many different clinics in Geneva, all well known, and had mediocre results at each, until I received treatments from you. I am impressed with the results, both surgical and from the non-invasive treatments. To anyone looking for a reliable aesthetics surgeon, count on Dr. Tenorio.

The doctor is a scammer. I paid €600 to get 1ml to juviderm voluma. The doctor never showed me the box or the serial number of the box he was using. I don’t know what he put in my lips but it not 1ml of voluma because it is supposed to last for 2 years and it lasted for 2 days!! He knew I was only visiting and wouldn’t be able to come back to complain and refund. I have contacted them about refund. There was no response. Beware and find a better salon. So disappointing

I have been doing my laser hair removal along with other facial treatments performed by Dr. Julia. Apart from her professionalism Julia is a very considerate doctor and a great person, she always calls you back the next day to make sure everything goes well after the treatment. I would definitely recommend her. Moreover in Aesthetics sometimes there are promotions on different treatments up to 50%, I normally receive them via the email.

This is my worst doctor experience ever. I saw Dr. Shafaeddin for acne issues, she suggested a treatment and asked to do blood tests to see if all is ok and I can pursue with taking the medication. I paid 180 francs for that appointment and though I am done and this price includes the blood test fees. I was told the blood test results will be sent to my email. A month after this never happened! And guess what!! I received 107 francs bill for the blood test that I never received its result. Called them for clarification but got nothing, no calcification. There is no way my email address or phone number were wrong because I booked using one doc website and I am sure all my information is correct. This is unbelievable!!!!
