Ich kann nur Positives vom Sanamea Zollhaus berichten, sowohl von den Ärzten als auch von den MPA's. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich und hochprofessionell. Frau Dr. Preschany ist eine sehr mitfühlende, vertrauensvolle und kompetente Gynäkologin, die sich jedes Mal Zeit für die Patientin nimmt und alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Chemie stimmt einfach und man fühlt sich bei ihr immer sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch als Person ist sie sehr nett und sympathisch, man fühlt sich direkt wohl bei ihr!

Trust is the foundation between doctor and patient. When you promise something, you should absolutely keep it when a patient counts on you, especially when it's about medication. I was promised a hormone prescription that could mean the difference between a successful and unsuccessful cycle. I already sent over my blood test results the day before and asked if I should take this hormone for the rest of my cycle, so they had also an extra 24 hours preparing the prescription before my scheduled phone consultation. During the telephone consultation at 2 pm I was promised to get this hormone the same day. I called again before they closed the office at 5 pm, and they promised me that I would get it by 17:15. They did not keep their promise and did not send me the prescription. I went to a pharmacy where I explained the situation and I could buy the hormone medication and start taking it, but I don't know if it was the right dosage as without the prescription we did not know (I took the smallest recommended dosage by the pharmacist) . I called the following morning to ask what happened and to receive the prescription to know what dosage I should keep taking, but they did not know about anything, nor were they helpful. It was a different doctor, someone else at reception, who said I might get the prescription that day or not. Absolutely untrustworthy and unreliable, unacceptable from a medical clinic under any circumstance.When they finally sent the prescription after complaining on the phone, they sent it without any email text, no greetings, no apology, just an attachment. Beyond unprofessional.I give them 2 stars because I had a good experience with them last year. The doctors and the staff were kind and competent; the clinic was clean and inviting. I really liked and trusted this clinic but never again.

Erster Besuch in dieser Arztpraxis, wo man sich durchgehend gut aufgehoben fühlt. Sehr freundliche medizinische Assistentinnen, einfache und schnelle (auch online) Terminplanung und sehr kompetente und sympathische Ärztin (Frau Temler), die mit viel authentischem Einfühlungsvermögen, Wissen und Fachkompetenz sehr zu überzeugen wusste. Empfehlenswerte Praxis!

Ich habe meinen Wohnort gewechselt und benötigte eine neue Gynäkologin. Als Hebamme weiss ich was eine gute Ärztin ausmacht. Frau Dr. Temler erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen einer kompetenten und empathischen Gynäkologin. Danke!

Ich werde von Frau Dr. Preschany bereut und bin mit ihr als Gynäkologin äusserst zufrieden. Die Praxis ist modern und gepflegt.

I do not recommend Dr Temler. She did not take my pain seriously when I complained of extremely painful periods - further examination was dismissed because my periods were on time (eight months later it turns out I had three ovarian tumours and endometriosis).Dr Temler spent more time urging me to go to a fertility clinic and freeze my eggs (something I had not expressed interest in at all) than on diagnosing me. Unprofessionally, she told me that she had many women sit in this seat crying, thinking they had time to conceive, and then their partners had left them for a younger woman.

Die ÄrztInnen und Assistentinnen sind alle sehr sympathisch, kompetent und freundlich. Meine Anliegen wurden immer vertrauensvoll, zuverlässig und schnell bearbeitet. Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl und ernst genommen und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich kann die Praxis sehr weiterempfehlen.

For nearly a year, I've been a patient at Sanamea. Throughout this time, they've provided unwavering support during both good times and challenging ones. The team is consistently kind and understanding. They often appear contented in their work, suggesting they find it fulfilling. What I value most is their genuine approach, making communication easier for me. The team exhibits a rich cultural diversity and an open-mindedness.I've had the privilege of meeting all three GPs: Dr. Corti, Dr. Müller, and Dr. Cao. Each has left a positive impression on me, both in their medical expertise and personal interactions. It's worth noting that Dr. Corti offers on-site ultrasound services, a feature not commonly found in many Swiss doctor's offices. The facility also conducts routine lab tests with minimal waiting times, typically around 20 minutes.In conclusion, if you're in search of a GP in Zurich with a dedicated team, on-site ultrasound, and lab facilities, Sanamea is a commendable choice.
