Entered the shop with my toddler. The store was empty. I was looking for a special motif scarf for my wife's collection. Two women stood there, chatting, looking at me obviously waiting for their support, they were not interrested in helping me. Too bad.

Eine sehr nette Verkäuferin, bin zum zweiten mal im Hermes Shop am Flughafen gewesen, und jedesmal habe ich etwas bei der netten Türkische Dame etwas eingekauft.empfehle jedem einmal in diesem Shop vorbei zu gehen man findet immer etwas.Liebe grüsse an das Team am Flughafen.

Went in early August. The sales associate was very courteous! No bag other than backpack however. Was looking for bangles; unfortunately it had even more limited selections compared to the downtown Zurich store.

I am a frequent traveller passing zurich airport all the time. There is this older Indian origin sales assistant who is sick in the head. The worst sales service and the worst personality ever. Seriously, she can turn you off, from buying to no buying. The sales attitude doesn't exist to her. What is the management doing the?
