Be aware if you are a turist, buy only from their shop and make sure that the sim works before leaving. Unfortunately, we bought their sim card from a vendor and, as their online form doesn't work, we could not activate it. The customer support was not helpful and the company offers no refund.

Terrible verification software, doesn't work to activate online. Unfortunately, the sim card was bought from a vendor and, as their online form doesn't work, I could not activate it. The customer support was also not helpful and the company offers no refund. Better to check for some alternatives when you're a tourist in Switzerland
