Used to like this place, but with time it has changed. The service is no longer what it used to be. The employees are no longer as professional/motivated as they used to be and quality has deteriorated. Also I noticed a lot of employee turnover.It's a real pity.

This is my favorite spot for getting my nails done in Geneva. They always do a lovely job and are very friendly every time I visit!

Highly NOT recommend!!! It was the worst pedicure I received in the city. My green flash nail polish is uneven, and dead skin in the soles has not even been removed. I was in a hurry, did not even notice. Avoid this place at all costs.

2 out of 4 visits were a complete disaster. My semi permanent polish which usually lasts 2 weeks was gone after only a few days. And when you mention that to the owner, she won’t do anything. You just have to pay full price for a new manucure. Oh and they don’t take credit cards because I guess the fee is too expensive. So if you don’t have cash with you, they take your ID in hostage while you have to run to an ATM. Cheap.

Pedicure Spa (supposedly 1h): lasted 40 minutes, technician insisting there is no need to file the sole of my feet. Despite me mentioning the dryness behind the big toes, she did not want to do job and claimed this is because of the way I walk (ie putting pressure on the toes). Charged 5 francs extra on the nail polish I had chosen(wouldn't be a problem if they had told me at the time of choosing and not when half the work is done!!). I bumped into her again in the street after having left and the first thing she mentioned was have you paid?"!!! I said "yes with your colleague". Overall very CHEAP!"
