The friendliest bike shop I have ever been to, and the only one that was open in Verbier in May. We rented an enduro bike and a full suspension e-bike. Absolutely fantastic.

Excellente expérience client. Magasin familial qui se plie en 4 pour ses clients, que du bonheur. Réparation vélo cross country impeccable. A du stock notamment en pneus, de plus en plus rare pour les cross country. Je recommande ce magasin pour les locations de vélos et achats en tout genre pour les sportifs.

Excellent shop. Knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff, providing gear and services a reasonable prices. They have gone out of their way multiple times to provide above average service (i.e. helping me with a mechanical problem on their lunch break, letting me return a rental after hours, etc.)

Rented the Specialized Demo 8. I noticed the derailleur was not working correctly the first day I rented and let them know when I returned the bike. The second day they gave me the same bike, derailleur broke off second run and they charged me full price for it! I understand we are renting, but don't make your customers pay for things that were already broken. I lost two hours of riding and didn't get a discount on the rental or the new part. Rent elsewhere.Responding to the owner - the day of the rental where the derailleur broke is Friday August 24 2018
