Linthal

A popular place for hikers during the Summer.Be warned. There is no bus service at any other time of the year apart from Summer so you must have a car or be willing to walk or cycle to your destination.The station ticket office has been closed since 2006 but on the plus side the station is located in a fantastic location with lakes rivers and mountains all within close walking distance.The town of Linthal itself is a very sleepy place and it is sad to see that the ticket office and the local hotel are both closed and shuttered.
