ilu move is a wonderful studio! It feels like a family here. I started with the postnatal classes with Casey, a great way to rebuild strength after having my daughter. I then continued and have taken classes with Pascale, Nikkii and BLAST with Dan. They are all excellent, giving guidance on my form as I have gotten stronger. The studio is in a great location. Pascale has always been very responsive and kind if I had any questions. My husband also goes and has had a great experience. Highly recommend!

ilu move has been an integral part of my prenatal workout regimen. I enjoy the private classes with Pascale tailored to my weekly development stage. I always feel safe, well instructed, & strong.Looking forward to continuing my training postnatal as well as taking full advantage of ilu's group reformer & yoga classes once cleared.Also, the studio is beautiful with brand new equipment and spacious. Five stars throughout!

I love the energy and vibes here! The studio offers great postpartum courses and you can bring your baby as well. It is extremely hard sometimes to find great exercise options if you have new born, so I am super grateful they have the program for the mamas. I can’t wait to try the regular classic Pilates classes here :)

Beautiful studio with brand new equipment! I took an ilu CLASSIC class with Pascale and an ilu BLAST class with Dan, both led very professionally, well explained and guided throughout. Classes are great fun as well as challenging. I feel I got a really good workout for the entire body. I can truly recommend ilu MOVE!

Die Prenatal Kurse sind sehr zu empfehlen. Ich besuche Pilates bei Paulina und Yoga bei Nicole. Beide überzeugen durch ihr Fachwissen, sodass ich mich in der Schwangerschaft wohl fühlen kann beim Sport.

Ich hatte gestern ein ilu Private Training mit Pascale und bin absolut begeistert! Pascale hat ein enormes Fachwissen, hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mir alles genau erklärt und ist auf mich und mein Anliegen bzw. meine Wünsche eingegangen. Nach dem Training - und auch heute fühle ich mich wie neu geboren. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Auch habe ich mich im Studio super wohl gefühlt. Es ist stylisch, cool, sauber und von der Lage her auch TOP! Freue mich schon auf das nächste Training im ilu studio.

Beautiful studio and great location. Very convenient in Seefeld right next to the Tram. The equipment is all new. Major bonus that the instructors all speak fantastic English. This is the best pilates and yoga studio I have been to in Zurich! Reminds me of some of the studios I used to go to in New York.

Wow! Great space, fantastic instructors - friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I’m obsessed with the challenging workout reformer offers. You do two classes and you are back in shape again. Thank you Daniel for a great blast class. Highly recommend!
