Ho chiesto informazioni via e-mail riguardo di un esame presso la sede di Lugano. Dopo una settimana la richiesta è senza nessuna risposta; e non credo che le cose cambieranno tra 2 o 4 settimane.

Unprofessional! I can’t move my right arm since my appointment with them, they were NOT able to find a vein to start the tes, she send the product in my body but NOT in my vein!!!! they tortured me and the doctor said it’s ok this happens every day!!!!!! J’y retourne JAMAIS!
