Nicolas Alvarez did an adjustment after a head injury without knowledge of and/or not stating any risks involved in doing a neck adjustment immediately after a head injury. Additionally, I continue to have 'crepitus' sounds in my neck following our appointment. After becoming aware of my concerns, to his credit, he did follow up with me.
