This was an eerie experience! Lots of historical artifacts, but presented with an American-style spin on the reformation. This could have been such a great occasion to look at global history more generally, to talk about the contemporary relations of Christian churches… but it’s more about enumerating where Protestants are “on the win” globally. I turned around when they presented certain brands as “Protestant”, and listed famous people who happen to be of Protestant faith as “Protestant flagships”. Ouf. This wasted opportunity to teach/learn makes me sad.

I had a really enjoyable and educational visit here. The ladies at reception were really helpful in explaining the exhibitions and the different types of tickets I could buy that also included the church next door. They also have a very useful audio guide that has an unbelievable amount of information on it concerning almost every single exhibit in the museum. So even though it is a relatively small museum, it's really packed with information and so much history and knowledge about the reformation.

A very nice museum about the story of the reformation and post reformation of the protestant church. Located right next to St. Pierre cathedral. The adult ticket is 13 francs. You will receive an audioguide that will explain parts of the exhibition. No pothos or video. You can re-enter using the same ticket. Restrooms are located at the entrance. Not really fun for little children. Also, it's a bit difficult to understand the flow of the exhibition. Recommended.

It´s always interesting, when the science and religion meet. Located near St. Peter’s Cathedral, the Museum was opened on the 15th of April 2005. It presents the history of Protestantism from its beginnings. There are about 500 authentic objects to be seen in the Museum (books, engravings, manuscripts, etc).

非常棒的博物馆，学生票8法郎，swiss pass可以免费领票。我对宗教改革的唯一兴趣来自《巴黎圣母院》，“Martin Luther va réécrire le Nouveau Testament”。不过这个博物馆对路人来说也值得一看。博物馆整体设计很有艺术性，介绍了宗教改革的很多东西，但展板上的说明只有法语，不会法语的话会很难理解。有很多小短片介绍宗教故事，法语配音，英/德字幕循环播放，做得都非常好看。

Musée qui vient de réouvrir après une refonte de la muséographie très réussie. Exposition permanente très intéressante. L'exposition temporaire (août 2023) est consacrée aux dessins d'enfants face à la guerre, sujet difficile mais traité avec intelligence et respect. Mention spéciale au personnel de l'accueil, particulièrement prévenant.

Bel museo nel centro storico di Ginevra. La cassiera era molto gentile, preparata e parlava italiano. Il costo era di 8 euro per gli studenti (e non ci hanno controllato la carte degli studenti).Oltre alla mostra temporanea che è stata molto toccante e inaspettatamente grande, il focus del museo è sulla riforma protestante. La quantità di oggetti esposti e la loro qualità è impressionante, l'audio guida in italiano preparatissima e completa su tutto. Ci avrei perso un'intera mattinata lì dentro, veramente consigliato.
