It is more than one year Esposito service trying to fix some basic issues with my spa: change the loudspeakers and led lights. Every time it takes literally months to make them reply and schedule the rdv, then they are always (I mean every single time) late or do not show up. Then we again spend ages to re-schedule the meeting. After 8 reminders the meeting is scheduled for 18 of May, during which they have to re-do the work they did last time as it was absolutely low quality. I will update my review accordingly if that will happen. The poorest service even seen.
