Ich habe am 1. Juni eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nach einem Monat habe ich Mal nachgefragt, wo sie bleibt. Max antwortete mir, dass es eine Verspätung gäbe und ob ich zu Hause wäre für die Lieferung (damit die Ware nicht zu lange in der Sonne bleibt). Darüber habe ich mich gefreut und geantwortet, dass ich zu Hause bin, also kein Problem... Diese Konversation ist nun auch wieder einen Monat her und ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten. Somit sind nun zwei Monate vergangen, ich weiss nicht einmal, wieso es eine Verspätung gibt.... SchaadeIch versuche nun, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.

If I could write a review without putting a star it would have been closer to reality.If only I'd read the comments beforehand, I certainly wouldn't have ordered here...But alas, I did order some cider nearly 2 months ago and still not a trace of my order.I've phoned, left messages on the answering machine, written emails and even used the chat facility on their website, but no-one has ever replied.I feel like I've lost a lot of money, time and trust.

We made an order early June, and unfortunately haven’t received our products even after sending 4 emails. The phone is never picked up?There was a shimmer of hope when we received a mail mentioning, that the delivery will be made as soon as possible. But we never received anything.I find it really disappointing, and feel a bit conned. Didn’t expect this in Switzerland.Hope my review helps other potential clients.

After waiting almost 2 months we have finally received the order. The comminication of the status was not very efficient. They have apparently had some issues with fulfilment center. Hopefully this will become more efficient in the future!

I have reluctantly given one Star - in reality it should be minus stars !!Non existant customer service ! Nobody answers the phone or the multitude of emails I have sent enquiring about my order which I am still waiting for !! All I have is a confirmation of my order and nothing else !!This is really NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY and I advise everbody to avoid ordering anything through this company !!I will now try to get my money back.Further.... I have heard from what appears to be the owner and he states that I will get my order in due course nearly a month after ordering. The reason staff shortage (of one !)I have been offered a an amount of free goods to offset the current problem !!

I made an order in April and was asked to pay up front, in august, I have still received nothing. No more need be said! Absolute crooks!

If there was a half star I would select this. Avoid at all costs. They don't answer calls or emails. I ordered on 20th March, got HALF my order today (19th June) of which it was another packet of an item already received! No idea if I will get the rest.I do not understand why they continue to take new orders when the current orders are not fulfilled. A huge mess. They should just be honest and tell people they can't deliver. The excuse that its a small business" does not cut it at all."

Thank you Max for a great service.I needed to get a certain package delivered in UK with limited time and Max was continuously following and giving feedback.I now have a trusted partner and will order from English Grocer in the future.
