I had very good experiences with Europcar Neuchatel. I got the car in a few minutes and I got every time a bigger car than rented.People are friendly and they even gave me a lift to the garage where I bought my new car, so I didn't need a taxi.I can highly recommend Europcar Neuchatel.

As some of you might also have elderly relatives who are not very skilled at reserving services online you can understand that I reserved a car for them. As it happens sometimes I also caught a cold and couldn't go with them to pick the car up. After a very long discussion they did not manage to have the car without me ( the credit card holder) being present. There was no option of simply exchanging the card with another one. I had to go there and as I dared to mention that I believed in the stupidity of their procedure I was literally threatened with the reservation getting cancelled.

EUROPCAR ne semble pas être intéressé par le constat ..... Me trompe-je ?Le parcage de vos véhicules au début de la rue des Sablons débordent largement sur le trottoir Nord. Il n'est pas correcte que des piétons et en particulier des mamans avec poussette doivent aller sur la piste cyclable pour contourner vos véhicules.

Compliqué de réserver par téléphone même en donnant tous les renseignements personnels y compris ceux de la carte de crédit, pire encore si en qualité d'entreprise c'est une autre personne que celle indiquée sur la carte de crédit qui prend en charge le véhicule.Même si déjà client ont doit redonner toutes les informations et passer par toutes les étapes.Le même service aux USA ou en Angleterre ne prend que 5 minutes.A part ça les véhicules y compris les utilitaires sont propres et en bon état.Dommage qu'a Neuchâtel il n'y a pas d'autres concurrents
