05.02.20211° Frau Gashi hat immer Fehler mit meine Name gemacht, einmal es passt, mehr nein, speziell wenn ich muss IMMER korrigieren.2° wenn ich frage per email Details über eine Behandlung, ich bekomme keine Antwort, ich muss extra ein Termin nehmen.3° wenn nehme Termin für Behandlung, man sagt bis Mittwoch" mit Frau Dokijanovic

I went here to make a new pair of retainers because I broke my Vivera retainers (the one from invisalign post-treatment) and I recently moved to Basel from Zurich. Today I got the bill that charges more than 750 CHF for two appointments + a pair of retainers + teeth cleaning.This costs WAY MORE than the clinic I visit in Zurich, and the funniest part is that the quality of the retainers is obviously worse than the ones I got before, and the doctor who treated me was not even a orthodontist who failed to give me proper advice in the beginning.I chose this clinic for the perfect reviews on Google, but now I urge people to reconsider before choosing to come here. They may be good in general, but they failed to show integrity in my case - they took me even when they knew they were unqualified to treat me. For example, the doctor 1) could not tell what my retainers are for, 2) asked why I am still wearing retainers after treatment, and 3) didn't have much clues when I said Invisalign". And again

Tolle und freundliche Zahnarzt-Praxis!Kann ich sehr empfehlen, bin seit Jahrzehnten dort in guten Händen.

Sehr kompetent, einfühlsam, freundlich, flexibel und sehr gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und willkommen.Ich als Angstpatient hatte immer Panik vorm Zahnarzt.Mittlerweile seit ich hierher komme, muss ich sagen das die Angst weg ist und ich sogar sehr gerne (!) zum Zahnarzt gehe.Die beste Zahnarztpraxis in dem ich jemals war, vielen Herzlichen Dank dafür.
