J'ai récupéré mes chemises encore sales, cols mal repassés.

I dropped off a couple of jackets for alterations and dry-cleaning last week. The person in charge of alternations was not on site when I visited the shop, so I was told I would get a call/message to confirm the price. I was never called or messaged, hence was never asked if the price was OK with me before the alteration was made.When I picked up my jackets, one of the sleeves was covered in fluff and clearly dirty. I removed the fluff in front of the lady (owner?), which she clearly saw, and told her it the jacket wasn't very clean. She then went on to pick up the sleeve (the one I had just cleaned) and told me that it was clean (?!), clearly mocking me.The worst part was the alteration itself - it was very badly done and I could honestly have done a better job myself, even though I am not a professional. When I stated it was not the quality I expected, the lady picked up a pair of scissors and my jacket and started to cut into the alteration (directly on my jacket) while telling me if I didn't like it she's undo it and I would not pay for it. She was extremely rude, called me names and yelled at me.I will never go back there, not only do they not do a good job cleaning and altering, but they are also abusive to their customers.STRONGLY advise you against going!!!
