GSM Shop Réparation Smartphone

Très déçu de leurs part , ça fait plus de deux mois que j ai mis mon téléphone en réparation chez eux ,on m avait dis 2 semaines maximum pour au final 2 mois d attente dont je me suis déplacé plus de 3 fois alors qu’on me disait à chaque fois 1 semaine….Le personnel qui organise la bah est inadmissible avec un mauvais comportement.J ai voulu savoir la raison de cette attente et aussi pk la dame qui travailler la bah me disait de fausse information,mais le monsieur a direct était très désagréable et m’a refusé la réparation de mon tel en me mettant dehors !!!

I do not recommend this place. I'm quite appalled at what happened when I went in to get my iphone screen fixed. My screen was cracked for 2 weeks and my phone was working perfectly well. After they changed the screen and gave me back my phone it started to act up. Turned off twice before I left the shop so they took it to the back to work on it. I was late for work, they didn't seem to care. I asked them how long it would take and they said they didn't know. After 1.5 hours I couldn't wait any longer so they gave me back my phone and told me to come back tomorrow. My phone's battery died, it started only working when plugged in. I couldn't hear ppl talking when receiving phone calls, and so on. The next day I went back and they said the best thing they could do for me was put my cracked screen back on and reimburse me. They took zero responsibility, insisting they didn't 'touch' those parts of my phone. They were even rude and unapologetic. When they put back my broken screen on my phone, it acted even more oddly, with a red light on the whole time until the phone completely stopped working that day. I am now out 300 CHF as I had to go to Apple to get it replaced. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. Another thing I didn't like was having to give them my phone password for them to change the screen, I do not trust these people at all.

Le staff était bien accueillant. Ils ont réparé mon écran (iPhone 8+) en moins de 2 heures, et ils ont même ramené mon téléphone directement à mon boulot après car je travaillais. J'ai trouvé ça était très sympa!

Screen protector they sold me for 30 CHF cracked on the first day after gently tapping a mug against it. Definitely bad quality at an outrageous price. The screen replacement I got from them is also of much worse quality; has a distinct low-backlight pattern that could never pass quality assurance in a new phone. Repair also took an hour instead of 20 minutes advertised.Edits:Their website clearly states 20 minutes repair time. This was in fact contradicted verbally by the shop owner, but then one shouldn't advertise something they won't fulfill.They don't actually list any screen protectors on their website, so what they sold me and its quality remains a mystery. You'd expect it not to form 3 screen-spanning cracks upon a gentle bump from a mug.The low-backlight pattern clearly wasn't there on the original screen, it is the replaced screen that came with the distinct pattern.A competing store would have fixed my broken screen for 15% cheaper, but they were out of stock on the location, and I needed an urgent repair.I never once claimed the glass was broken emotionally"
