Today, They have charged me 38 CHF for a bag which weighed 31 KG and the guy was 100% sure that the weight is above 35!!!I have the baggage card with weight as an evidence and the deduction msg!

Service supposed to start at 5:00 on Sunday as per the timetable displayed, however, despite the growing number of people waiting in front of the counter, nobody showed up. Very unfortunate - we all left after waiting more than 20 minutes

They tried to charge me 38 chf for a simple backpack wrap. When inquired about the ridiculous cost the worker was rude and unhelpful, he smirked and said I don't know

Nous sommes arrivés à 20h15, ils était en train de fermer (alors que c'est inscrit 21h). Nous avions 5 valises à emballer, on ne nous a pas donné d'option, le tarif était de 33 CHF par valise.. Nous avions une 6ème valise à emballer le lendemain matin à 5h, cette fois le tarif était de 28 CHF.. Attention donc, car il ne nous était pas utile d'assurer nos valises à 2500 CHF.. Je regrette le fait qu'on nous ai appliqué le prix fort sans nous laisser d'autre option. De plus, le soir on nous a indiqué mon collègue demain ne sera pas réveillé

Tres bonne accueil et super service .Merci à Yacine pour ces conseils nous avons pris l’option ultra avec le suivi et de ce fait nous avons voyagé plus serein.À très vite lors de notre prochaine vacance.

Un servizio eccellente nulla da ridire...un accoglienza pazzesca...ho fatto anche conoscenza con il manager un italiano come me, e un altro ragazzo di nome Yacine il quale parla italiano pur non essendolo...che dire ragazzi il mio bagaglio è arrivato intatto grazie mille e alla prossima.
