Watch out for the change/cancellation policy when booking via Internet. I booked and paid around 100chf and then on the day of the appointment had to take my son to an emergency doctor appointment (which as the name would suggest, would mean it wasn’t planned…). When I called to ask if I could change my booking I was told No and that the money was lost. A surprisingly lack of humanity under the circumstances.I realise there are contractual conditions but in a service industry it would be nicer to make an exception sometimes.

I got gel removed from my nails, the person who did it kept hurting me and completely ignored me when I said it was painful. She filed right through the top of my nail as she was trying to get the product off. Not impressed with the lack of care.

C'est n'est pas la première fois que je fais mes ongles ici mais j'avais jamais mis un commentaire,en pensant à mes expériences précédentes et en général à Genève je trouve que ici ils sont vraiment des professionnels,leur but c'est de faire un bon travail pour le client,le pose durent au moins 3 semaine et ça c'est quelque chose que j'apprécie vraiment.En sortant du mail bar les ongles sont au top, très bien faite, les filles sont rapides et efficaces comme j'aime !

C'était ma première visite et ma dernière... J'avais rendez-vous pour un limage et pose de vernis simple. La dame effectue limage, coupe et repousse des cuticules et finit par me mettre de la crème et de l'huile. Suite à quoi, je lui demande : Ce n'est pas mieux de mettre l'huile après le vernis ?" Elle me répond qu'il n'y a pas de pose vernis. Je lui affirme que oui car j'ai réservé pour cela. Suite à ma réponse

Super rendu final, mais le semi-permanent ne tient pas plus de 5-6j… dommage, autant faire un vernis simple pour moins cher et qui durera tout autant.

This franchise in Plainpalais is very fun. The staff their are thoughtful and attentive and really good! While enjoying a beverage, you can sit back, relax and have a mani pedi done in 90 Minutes!
