Aussichtspunkt Monte Brè

It was a weekend, there were long lines for the funicular, we waited for hours in the sun. It's an interesting 15 minutes on the mountain, the trees obstruct the view, the restaurant is fun with beautiful views.

Nice place to rest with a beautiful view. It looks better in person. Also it's possible to get there by bus if you want to save your money

По мне так дорого, фото можно сделать да и посмотреть с одного ракурса. Выше частная территория и закрыто. Ничего особенного я в этом месте не нашла, если только цель не стоит покататься на фуникулере за дорого". Была за час до закрытия

Überteuerte Zugfahrt oben nicht wirklich eine Aussicht, die muss man sich suchen oder in ein Restaurant gehen. Die halt auch richtig überteuert sind. Würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

Fantastic breathtaking view over Lago di Lugano from the top of the mountain.You can reach the place without any problems by bus and visit the mountain even when the funicular is closed (due to revision).It is a 15-20 minute walk on a well maintained stairway from Bre, Paese bus station. The bus ride itself is an adventure and you will get a glimpse of the fantastic view on the way.The visit is perfect even on a warm winter day and doable with children. With buggy you can walk along the road, will take a little longer but beautiful aswell.Would absolutely recommend eny time. Don’t leave Lugano without this!
