Terrible glitches spoiled the game, terrible game master ruined the while experience.We booked a VR game as my friends had very good experience at this place before, so good that we were all very excited to play again.However, our experience couldn't be worse. Throughout the process, the game had many glitches, one time a friend was not being moved to the next scene, so the game master had to pause the game and we waited 10 minutes for that to be fixed.Then when we are at the final stages, another glitch happened and we got totally stucked. The glitch happened as nothing works, we tried everything but nothing triggers the process to proceed. We are four experienced players playing a level 1game, since nothing works for a frustrating 20 minutes, we are sure it's a glitch and had to call the game master for support.However the game master failed to provide any useful tips to help us progress, only useless tips like: 'you need yo work as a team', or ' I've reboot you' which resulted in us floating in water, mid air and all different places.. the glitch total spoiled the experience, very disappointed.after all the escape rooms, I've never seen a game master this disengaged and non helpful during a game.What really made us angry is that the game master insisted that there's nothing wrong with the game, just that we didn't do things right. After our session, he had an full on argument with us, claiming we didn't do the right move andIt seems to us that the game master didn't understand his job is to provide the player a good experience. Frankly we don't mind technical glitches, and would happily go back despite technical difficult if the game master behaves professionally, but his stinky attitude really ruined the whole experience. It's one thing to have glitches, but to bring a full on argument with the customers and deny all responsibility is another level. Never again!

We loved the Eclipse VR game! We never played anything like that. It was cool and super fun!

Hands down the best escape room in Geneva (Trust me, me and my friends tried them all)The puzzles all make sense depending on the theme of the rooms, you don't walk into the jungle themed room and find a padlock or button combinations, but jungle themed puzzles.Talking about the rooms, all of them have unique themes and gimmiks, and are styled phenomenally, i can only reccomend the stranger things themed one, i don't think i've ever been more engaged in puzzle solving, and i'm a professional coder.The Gamemasters are sympathetic and are watching you and operating the game throughout the experience, if you ever were in an escape room and all you got was a screen with some boring, prewritten hints when you get stuck, this is not like it. The prices are very fair, especially for the effort they put in compared to other escape games i've been to, and even more so considering this is switzerland.If i had to make one critique, it would probably be the Military Themed room, i liked the work as a squad" and "reccuring threats" things

We did the 1987 game, it was a lot a fun and very entertaining. Unfortunately it says it is in English but there are a lot of clues that unfortunately aren't. One one person in our group didn't speak French so it made it a little harder than necessary. If there are already written some clues in English, i think the voice clues could be as well.

If you like a well made theme in your escape room, this place has the props and atmosphere to really sell the experience.

Celebrated my son's 12th b-day at Escape Lab with 18 kids, who played in 3 different rooms. It was excellent. Highly recommended escpae rooms,

Nice rooms, good challenge

It was very great experience with 1987. It broke our brains with difficult hints and codes which are totally different the normal escape games we used to play. Highly recommended, especially you get bored of the old type of escape games

A great puzzle with a very helpful guide. If I can be critical, I would just say that the room was unusually hot and one of the puzzles involved an element we were afraid to touch for fear it was not part of the clues. I won't ruin things for anybody so I won't elaborate more.
