Je découvre seulement après coup qu'il se pouvait que le manteau donné à nettoyer ne puisse pas l'être... Impossible de se faire rembourser, tout le monde se cache derrière les conditions générales. Magasin et chaîne à éviter.

Had 3 really nice pieces handed to them in the summer 2022, a coat, a dress shirt and plaid jacket. As they are more winter items, by the time I tried them on, I felt it was too late to complain. All three shrunk around the shoulders. So frustrated...

At first, I was delighted with the dry-cleaning results. Unfortunately, in the past two months, it's decayed and reached a whole new definition of low. I primarily brought silk blouses I didn't dare to entrust to any other professional cleaner. Around June 2022, I brought an ICEBERG silk blouse for dry-cleaning.
