I have been meaning to write this review for some time now, and today I was reminded of that. What a good idea!Our son attended a different kita for 4 months and was highly unhappy. When we decided to end the contract, he would sometimes even cry when other adults from the family were addressing him. He was very shy and didn't like many people in one place. He would only like being around us, his parents.He started here in October '21 and by December same year, he was a different child all together! Very sociable, you could tell he felt safe and, most importantly, he was happy! The dedication and professionalism of the staff here went up and beyond my expectations. I was very scheptical in the beginning, only to conclude that they have done and are still doing a great job with the children. I believe that this is a very important job, forming young humans into successful, balanced adults. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication, Shining Stars Two, Horgen!

The most loving, caring and professional environment you could want for your children! They have a gorgeous facility, great location (our son attends the one in Horgen) and wonderful, invested and enthusiastic staff. Most importantly our little one LOVES to go and is excited every day! The kids get a great balance of activities (sports, music, themed learning based on seasons, etc.) that stimulate their learning and creativity both in english and german. We also highly appreciate the value Shining Stars puts on developing the emotional intelligence of the children - a hugely important asset so they can thrive as children and adults in the future.If you’re currently evaluating a day care/preschool, look no further - you’ve found the perfect place here :)

Our baby goes to Shining Stars II and we could not imagine a better place for it. Of course, we value the beautiful facility, brand-new toys and lovely decoration. But what really counts for our baby and us is the loving and caring childcare staff. We highly appreciate that the daycare owners are truly involved in the life of our child and all its day-to-day activities: they feed it with love, know its favorite meals, even buy the ingredients and cook for it, rock it to sleep and cuddle with it when it needs an extra portion of affection. We as parents feel that all the daycare staff has a great interest in and love for all their daycare children: their health, physical and emotional wellbeing as well as their development to shining personalities. Great thanks to Shining Stars from our very happy baby and grateful parents.

Recently opened and our daughter is there since day 1 and she is incredibly happy and making great progress every day (which was far different at the old daycare). The owners are very involved in the day to day activities and they are great with the children and incredible nice people who puts your child before anything. Their new facilities are spacious, well thought through and very nicely decorated. I can only highly recommend it.

The daycare provided a pleasant environment for our son and we were satisfied with the care and personnel.Our requests were consistently responded to promptly and professionally. Due to personal reasons, we had to terminate the contract, but later decided to keep our son in the daycare.Unfortunately, our request to modify the contract went unanswered, and despite multiple emails and calls, we received no response.This unprofessional handling and lack of communication were disappointing and raise questions about the integrity and responsibility of the establishment.We hope that in the future, such incidents will be avoided to maintain the trust and satisfaction of parents.
