Easy to locate. Somewhat small but adequate amount of washing machines. Fewer dryers, though. Payment system is a little tricky at first but easier to follow once you understand the process. Payment is made by purchasing credits and the minimum order is CHF20 (cash or card accepted).

Felt unsafe. There a few men running a scheme, they very insistently ask to pay for you with a prepaid card in exchange of money. Also a man was looking at me non stop for the whole time I was there. The problem has been reported multiple times to the owners apparently but it is still happening. I will not be returning there.

Extremely complex payment system. I followed all the instruction but it didn't work. A very kind lady lent me local coins to try but didn't work either. At least they should make it work with credit card. Very disappointed. I highly recommend a laundry shop on the other side of the train station. They were excellent.

Left some sheets, came back to pick them up and the door was locked way before closing time. I called their number and was told the will “leave a message to their service department”. Completely unprofessional.

The machine scammed out of 40 Francs! Very complex card payment system that charges 5chf every attempt, It didn't start after 8 times of pushing the correct buttons. I left after one customer told me the machines are notorious for scamming bank card customers and should only pay with coins. I saw later that my card had been charged 8x5chf, avoid these scammers!!
