My move shop made our move within Lausanne super easy for us. Even though our elevator was out of service (and we lived on the 5th floor) they managed to move us out in just a few hours with no complaints. We would use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and efficient moving company!

Beware - stay away from this company!They moved our stuff, but damaged several things in the process, lost one item, damaged the freshly painted walls, assembled furniture the wrong way. They also didn't send enough people to pack and didn't label the boxes properly. For the damaged and lost property they agreed then to an amount to be refunded, but never did. We followed up several times and have now employed a lawyer to file a poursuite. Absolutely DO NOT recommend. They might seem cheaper than other companies but you will pay in hindsight. Having read some of the other reviews it seems our case is not an exception.

We were very satisfied with the move, from the initial contact, through the planning and preparation phases, up to the move itself. Everything was done very professionally, the communication was clear and rapid, all furniture was very well protected and boxes moved in a sensible way, without breaking anything. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional especially after service, they damaged our furniture and even after sorting the remuneration amount by email they disappeared and after 3 months and several mails and calls we're still waiting the refund. They're not expensive but only suggested if you don't care about the goods that you're going to let them move

STAY AWAY ! I had the worst experience of my life with a company. They were more than 2 hours late, with no excuses from the commercial when I called. He totally lacked respect, did not let me talk at all, told me that he does not work the whole week (it was a Saturday), that it is not his problem and that he won’t give excuses. Worse, when I told him that he could at least have called me to announce that they are late, he told me no and said it was not his fault. When I told him it is not professional and that I paid a lot (900.- for 10-min ride) he told me that it is not expensive. In addition, when the commercial initially came to calculate how much was to move, he came late (9pm instead of 7:30pm, no heads-up call of course) and did not count correctly, forgot things I showed him and I had then to negociate with the movers who didn’t want to take more as the list that they receive. Finally, they forgot my work bag with very important things such as laptop and others, had to call 3 times so that they will finally look as they were telling me that they have nothing and should look on my end (of course, they forgot it in one of their trucks). NEVER had such an awful experience (with any company).This company does not know how to handle client, they treat them like nobody. Conclusion: very bad service, too expensive. There are for sure many other moving companies in the area that are much better than this one. They asked for a feedback. There it is! Sincerely, Amin.

After 3 months, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the claim I made after they broke a couple of furniture... Several calls and tens of e-mails without a reply.They are simply not meeting their commitments... better to avoid working with them.

We had a great experience with MyMoveShop. They were efficient, professional and courteous throughout. Communication was excellent. Also very competitive on price. Would recommend.

STAY AWAY! They are completely unreliable and the person I talked to at the telephone was extremely rude to me when I demanded an explanation for their delay the day of the move.I booked them for an international relocation. We agreed to leave at 8:30 am (written down on the contract we signed!), but they called the day before to tell me that they had no-one for that time and that they would come at 1pm instead. I had already organised the delivery of my new furniture for the evening, as my new apartment was not furnished. As I mentioned this problem, I got berated for ordering furniture for the same day, the guy at the phone told me I should have known that everything can happen with international moves! I had to solve the problem they created with this last-minute change myself, no help came from them, except for the offer to let the driver help me with mounting my bedframe the day after the transport, to make up for the mounting service I had to postpone. As if this wasn't already enough, the day of the move the driver came one hour and a half too late! No excuses were given, the guy at the telephone told me he can't control the drivers" and that I should discuss directly with the driver myself if I was unhappy (!!)

I was very happy with My Move, the guys worked very hard, I changed the day at the last minute and they accommodated it without any issues. They were also the best value for money for both the move and the cleaning agent, I would highly recommend them and was v satisfied with their service

THis firm dealt with 2 removals, one from Geneva to London, the other from Geneva to Cisinau, Moldova. The first was done etremely competently. As was the second, in particular given all the problems the Moldovan custom officers created. Excellent.
