Very well maintained apartments. They have a compact lift. Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement zu einem tollen Preis( wir hatten Glück) an bester Lage. Einfaches unkompliziertes Check- In.

Sehr zentral. Sehr sauber. Alles, was man in der Küche braucht, ist da. Super Aussicht. Für die Spülmaschine stehen Tabs bereit. Wir waren während der Fußball-EM da, haben bei geschlossenem Fenster aber gut schlafen können. Parken kann man in der Altstadt natürlich nicht. Parkhaus auf anderer Flussseite zu Schweizer Preisen. Die Abrechnung der Unterkunft (mit Franken-Umrechnung) über Booking.com ging so aus, dass wir etwas weniger bezahlt haben, als bei Booking.com angegeben war.

Had a very disappointing experience with customer service of HIT Rental. They sent me multiple rent offers, arranged a viewing and asked to send my personal details in order to prepare the contract, but when I did so they decided that they cannot offer me the apartment anymore and provided no explanation for that. Don't waste your time with this company.

Incredible location right in the middle of the old town, metres from one of the most gorgeous pedestrian bridges over the river. The room we stayed in was 15m² (161 square feet) so wouldn't work for every couple, but it was perfect for what we needed and had a full fridge, stove top and utensils.I didn't enjoy the list of penalties that would apply if you didn't clean your room (150CHF) or lost your key (500CHF). This didn't feel very hospitable. Could use better directions to the access door. Luggage drop off was a bit difficult as our code didn't work and we had to wait in the rain waiting for the cleaner to let us in.We had no issues with the sanitation, so this may have been fixed since past reviews.

very good for short stay.room for 2 person is not big.But everything looked neat and tidy.has everything you need. I personally liked the Coffee cups so much. nothing better than arrive and leave with a cup of coffeeIt was a little warm in the room. and I thought you know what's missing airco.But there was a hidden ventilator near. my bed. lol just then I saw it then. and I thought great. now I can sleep well.

Die Wohnung mit 6 Betten ist gemütlich und sehr zentral gelegen.Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und die Küche sauber, wir haben sie allerdings nicht benützt. Top sauber ist es nicht. Es gab Flecken auf den Möbeln, die ich nur mit einem feuchten Lappen weggeputzen konnte. Man riecht vom EG die Restaurantküche. Eine Woche würde ich hier nicht buchen. Für eine Nacht war es mehr als okay. Es stehen keine Patkplätze zur Verfügung.

Great Location -just 5 mins walk from Main Train Station and fantastic view of Chapel Bridge!!Our apartment was located on the 4th floor, overlooking the Chapel Bridge and River Reuss . Fantastic View and Great Location!!The main train station is just 5 minutes walk and we did not have to take a taxi on reaching ( you can walk your way provided you are not carrying a lot of luggage).Everything is walking distance - Migros supermarket , shopping ,dining options are plenty.Our apartment had two double beds ,a dining table , stove ,microwave, dishwasher ,fridge ,iron ,vacuum cleaner .Plenty of storage . Common laundry room is on 2nd floor , I used the washing machine and dryer -it was very clean and convenient .Check in was smooth ,all instructions were received on email .There was a checklist and two Switzerland adapters (much needed ones ) kept on the table on our arrival.So was the check out . There is no staff staying in the building , I could not figure out how to operate the stove , so I called their number and the lady was very helpful in explaining and sending me the links .Just the charging sockets were behind the beds so we had some issues in charging our phones ,there were sockets in cooking area and bathroom too .However if you are a late riser , you may hear lot of church bells at 6:45 a.m., though it was not a problem for us as we rise early .We stayed here for 4 days and I would definitely return whenever I am in Lucerne!
