I came in for a bubble tea and don't know what I got. Would have put 5 stars if it was tasty but actually not...1. The large size is actually smaller than most of small size from any other shops2. They propose tea with flavor or milk with flavor. When I curiously asked how they give flavor to milk they couldn't really answer and said it's from powder milk and stuff.As far as I know, milk tea is tea + milk so the tea gives flavor to the milk tea. Here it's only milk, no tea at all. But well, it's only bubble tea after all, so why not.3. They sell a flavored milk" with coffee taste. This is a terrible shame. It doesn't match together at all and it's properly disgusting.4. There is only tapioca pearl as toppings

Horrible experience! J'ai commander 3 boissons, une avec cheese mousse et perle de tapioca, 3 perles qui se courent apres et aucune trace du cheese mousse.Deuxieme boisson brown sugar milk imbuvable, nous l'avons jetter. Demander sans sucre, il a ete servi hyper sucré et gout tres etrange. Le lait etait il tourné?? Attention!!Je suis déçue car nous avons souvent acheté et parfait et là.... je suia déçue.. j'ai tenter de le dire au telephone mais leur tepehone coupe donc impossible. Je ne recommende pas!! J'ai perdu mon atgent

Amazing bubble tea love everything ,employees are so nice and amazing and drinks are really good and have they have a decent amount of flavours to choose from .

Bubble tea plutôt bon, malheureusement le lait utilisé était caillé, mon bubble tea avait un arrière gout amer, le staff était super et le lait etait jen suis sur une erreur isolé, je reviendrais pour sur car la boutique est magnifique les produits bons et les prix correct

So I really like the brown sugar milk bubble flavour. I have the loyalty card that gives you a free drink on the 10th purchase and the cup that gives you 25% off the drink every time you use it. I would definitely recommend the loyalty card because it’s for free, however, the cup costs CHF5 on the purchase because it’s high quality plastic. If you truly love bubble tea and plan on going to this specific brand often, then get the cup, but if you aren’t that into it and you just go there on occasion, don’t get it because it’ll be a waste of your money.The customer service is awesome regardless if you speak French or not. They seem really kind and always give recommendations. I think to make the experience next-level they could talk to the customers whilst they make the bubble tea. To me, it’s not a huge difference but after that, there is nothing to improve on.I truly believe that this is the best bubble tea place in Switzerland but this is based on my personal opinion and I do not wish to force it on anyone. If you do go, bring a friend, it’s much better with someone to talk to.

Too many bubble tea store in Geneva but man PEARL TEA is the best,Montea taste like plastic.Kony taste like melted poop.Just Bubble tasteless.Bubble Brothers just ew.PEARL TEA ALL THE WAY plus there is a promo going on check it out !
