Both our children have been with Dr. Jankovic for the last couple of years, and we are so thankful that we found a doctor who really cares for, and looks out for our kids, and speaks great English! Her knowledge, expertise, and bedside manner are exemplary, and we feel that she always goes the extra mile. Based on my experience I highly recommend Dr. Jancovoc.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience at the medical clinic Arcus where we received care for our second pregnancy. Dr. Lena Zeilman assisted us as gynecologist and she provided exceptional service throughout the pregnancy. At one point we could not go to the clinic because of Covid, and she assisted us remotely in the best possible way. After the birth, the midwife Sarah Hemmerich and pediatrician Dr. Selim Sevinç were both fantastic and always very kind and approachable. The entire staff at the clinic was incredibly polite, respectful, and knowledgeable, and they all spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. The medicine were almost always provided directly after the consultations, which was very convenient. We could not be happier with the care received at this clinic and we highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical services.

That's a great Praxis. I am quite familiar with the Praxis now, as I regularly use a number of services. The pediatrician (Dr Selim Sevinç) follows my two kids: he is very kind with them and takes care very well them related to their health. The gynecologist (Dr Lena Zeilman) followed by whole second pregnancy, and she was very diligent and comprehensive, together with the medical practical assistants (Cheryl Falbriard and Valentina Christen). I also like the osteopathy (Sonja Salzmann), who is following now my newborn, and the midwife (Sarah Hemmerich) who was always very solar. In general, the staff is very polite, respectful and competent, and they always find time if needed.

I can say all the best for this practice and for the whole team in it. My two girls go to pediatrician dr. Jelena Jankovic. She is always devoted to the child as much as possible. Whenever they had a problem, she was there to help us. We are very happy with her.I can really recommend the Arcus practise .

I would highly recommend Dr. Jankovic at Praxis Arcus. She is the best pediatrician that we ever had! Dr. Jankovic is very compassionate, genuinely cares about her patients and possesses incredible amount of knowledge and patience. She is very observant, level-headed and communicates with the parents and patients in a transparent and trustworthy way. She has a big passion for working with children and her kind smile has helped us get through many difficulties over the past few years.

When my little one was due during the Christmas season and couldn’t get appointments from any of the midwife I was so relieved to get support from the Arcus! Sarah, my midwife was very compassionate and always optimistic which is a great booster for postpartum women. I always felt easy and good after her visit. Thank you Sarah for your moral support and soothing belly massages and highly recommend her service.

Feel very lucky to have Arcus praxis here in Thalwil. It’s so convenient to have all services provided under ‘one roof’ and with the same care and quality level. Based on my experience now with: Midwives, Pediatric, Gynecology, Osteopathy and Massages by Claudia (during and before/after pregnancy) I would highly recommend all of them. Having my first child and being supported and taken care of by the team of experts at Arcus has been very helpful. Thank you.

We have chosen Arcus because of Dr Schenk and we were sad when he retired but gosh, how great his successors are! Dr Jelena Jankovic is the warmest, most empathic, open minded, humble yet super knowledgable paediatrician there is. And God knows we have experience with sooo many paediatricians due to us moving a lot. She takes time, listens super carefully and gives holistic diagnosis. And at the same time she doesnt forget anything, she is super efficient, replies on her emails promptly, makes sure she makes a proper analysis before she directs course of action. We also went once to the other paediatrician in Arcus (forgot the name - sorry!) and he was absolutely brilliant, too! Congrats Arcus for your two top star paediatricians.

Das Personal der Arcus Praxis ist sehr freundlich und herzlich gegenüber die Kinder. Herr Dr. Sevinç ist ein kompetenter und emphatischer Kinderarzt. Zudem hat er Verständnis gegenüber der Haltung/ Meinung der Eltern. Wir sind zufrieden und empfehlen gerne weiter!
