This is my reaction to the answer the owner gave on my review (cause I was not able to react under his message anymore):So after more than one month not getting any answer to several emails and whatsapp-messages, I suddenly got a reply within 24 hours after I wrote a review…Yes, it’s true, I asked for the stay less than 24h before arrival and I asked (just asked!) if we could manage it between ourselves. I wonder what is wrong with that?I payed correctly, I left the appartment in a superb condition after my stay (I sended you pictures when I left). And off course i had no cash when I arrived. Cause I didn’t knew that I had to pay cash. Because I’m not used to pay cash, certainly not when I have to pay couple of hundred euro’s..So I still cannot see any reason at all to suddenly stop all communication once I left and I had payed my stay.. And the fact that you gave discount is not a reason for ignoring people afterwords.Thanks for wishing me luck for my next travellings.. I’ve been travelling for years. I never had any problems at all!My original review:7/7 bereikbaar en vlotte communicatie volgens website. Maar alle communicatie viel plots weg nadat verblijf cash werd afgerekend. Studio nochtans kraaknet en correct achtergelaten.PS: dit is mijn eerste (negatieve) review ooit.

Reageert niet op berichten en neemt nooit de telefoon op. Meerdere verzoeken voor schoonmaak gedaan. Geeft nul reactie zonder enige aanleiding. Zeer onprofessioneel! Benieuwd of ik nu ook binnen 24 uur een reactie krijg.
