Vacheron Constantin was founded in 1755 by Jean-Marc Vacheron. It is one of the oldest watch manufacturers in the world with an uninterrupted watchmaking history since its founding. Over the years, notable Vacheron Constantin patrons and timepieces owners include Queen Elizabeth II, Pope Pius XI, Napoléon Bonaparte, John D. Rockefeller, Diana Princess of Wales. Very friendly staff who are passionate about watches. I ended up spending about an hour or more seeing and trying various pieces and talking about collecting vintage watches, watch boutiques, manufacturing etc. Highly recommended experience!

Amazing customer service by the folks at the Vacheron Constantin boutique who are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I went into the boutique to browse and left a potential customer. I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in watches to visit the boutique in Geneva.

Customer service was world class, could not fault them. Made us feel very at ease in the boutique despite us not intending to purchase a watch on that occasion. The staff there made me much more inclined to purchase from Vacheron Constantin compared to AP or Patek, which is a testament to them. I could not more highly recommend this boutique.

Lovely boutique and the female member of staff we spoke to was brilliant and really knew her stuff, she was aware that we wasn't going to be making a purchase but was very accomdating none the less, which when it was a group of 9 of us, shows she really goes the extra mile for customers. The stock was in pristine condition as you would expect and they had some impressive pieces!

Hallo, diese Uhr ist ein Erbe, trotz umfangreicher Recherche konnte ich kein vergleichbares Stück finden.Meine Frage an Sie ist: wann wurde dise Uhr hergestellt u. was hat siefür einen Sammlerwert?Stempel innerer Staubdeckel innen: Helvetia Kopf, 18k und die Nr.196690Gravur innen: Joh, Hartmann, Königl. Hof Uhrmacher U.d. Linden 48-49Berlin.Das Uhrwerkhat die Nr.325836 und ist bezeichnet mit Malteserkreuz und Vacheron Costantin.Auf eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen und verbleibe mit freundlichen Grüssen. Very nice Boutique and very friendly staff who took the time to show me some very precious watches. I felt very lucky and privileged. At the Vacheron Constantin Boutique I had definitly the best experience of that day in Geneva!
