I would rather just pay them to do nothing and then do everything myself than try to deal with their mess.- 2+ months notice for trip but they started booking 10 days before departure- neither of the two hotel rooms they booked had the correct number of beds- constantly needed reminding of the dates of travel- smoking inside their office (which i believe is illegal)- tried to rip us off by doubling the price on the devis- choosing options that were much more expensive than the options we could find in 30 seconds by googling- when you go to the office to talk to them there's a guy at the next desk who believes that when youre talking to someone on the phone you need to shout because the other person is so far away

We paid substantial amount of money. They booked a significantly lower category than what we asked for, despite multiple hotel confirmations and disappeared when we needed them to fix their mess
